Bursaries and scholarships is additional money from universities or colleges that you don’t have to pay back. This can range from £300 to £3000. But a typical bursary for students eligible for a full maintenance grant is around £1000 and there’s a wide range of bursaries on offer from universities or colleges and this may include support for students on a partial maintenance grant.

Some even offer bursaries for all students regardless of their family’s income - also there’s a lot of scholarships on offer. You should check out what your situation is and then contact the university of college of your choice to find out what they can offer.
